Our Purpose
TALENTS ON DISPLAY as an enterprise strives to bring Indian art and culture into the arena of global showcase. We believe that art is not just aesthetically enriching to the senses, but is also a very strong medium of communication. Artists across generations have communicated ideas, issues and emotions through poetry ,music, paintings and other art forms, known and unknown to us………We at ‘Talents on display’ endeavor to identify the artist and his art and take it across to those who see value in it. We intend to use all forms of art to communicate the societal needs of our dynamic environment, showcasing our rich culture and heritage to the world, and also identify the art initiatives of countries worldwide, so as to create a global learning environment in an atmosphere of mutual participation.
We have created an integrated platform for artists of various art forms especially visual, musical and culinary art, such that our clients can use these to meet their aesthetic needs, in a cost effective manner, simultaneously encouraging the yearning artist by giving him an opportunity to showcase his talent.
Great Endeavor !!

ReplyDeleteIt is a problem to behold, that talent often does not get its due recognition, since the individual who perceives aesthetics is biased somewhat, for he seeks the name behind that talent rather than the talent itself,......
ReplyDeleteMany artists have faded into oblivion during their lifetime, despite the intense yearning they harbored to be recognized. Their art work got resurrected much later through auction-ism, wherein the elite saw nothing of the art, as they put a price tag to the priceless,....
The auctioneer made his money, the elite gloated over his priced possession, the artist though dead and gone, got a posthumous recognition,....while his art work looked out in aghast through chiselled wooden frames,.....resurrected once again to be crucified on the walls to be gauged by its money worth rather than the beauty it rendered,.....
Such is the vagary faced by artwork and its creator.
And in my opinion there needs to be a platform for equitable participation of the yearning artist who has not the podium to showcase his work,......
So why not, use the language of art to communicate our human intent, since this language of art is understood by many, as it comes not from the cryptic mind, but from the heart of its creator, and even so to touch the heart of the beholder,....
So lets reach out to our societies through the language of art !!!
COLORS ARE MY TOYS,.....AND CANVAS IS MY PLAYGROUND
ReplyDeleteTalents on Display is pleased to be associated with "THE WOCKHARDT FOUNDATION", in their initiative of supplementing the educational needs of underprivileged children, through their Khel Khel Mein Program.
Art and color is a rich medium of communication, especially for children,...... and it will be our endeavor to impart human values (The 7 Pillars of KKM Program)to these children, who will tomorrow become the backbone of our societies,......
A step towards a sustainable future is the motto of our partnership,....the future of our planet is in the hands of our children, so let us join hands to make them responsible !!
We are proud to be a part of the CSR endeavor of Wochhardt Foundation, and may we succeed in it,...
